The Mercoid Series 401 is a versatile top-mounted float level control suitable for a wide range of liquid level applications. The adjustable trip point allows precise calibration in the field, and a choice of float materials accommodates different liquid densities and chemical compatibilities. The compact head assembly houses a reliable SPDT snap switch for pump control, high/low alarm, or process control service. The Series 401 is the economical choice for standard storage tanks, process vessels, and water treatment applications where the extended stem lengths of the Series 301 are not required.
