The Mercoid Series 211/213/214 is a flanged chamber level control designed for external mounting on pressure vessels and tanks. The heavy-duty welded carbon steel chamber handles pressures to 450 psig (31 bar) and temperatures to 500°F (260°C), making it well suited for steam and high-pressure process applications. The external magnet design reduces the possibility of magnetic particle build-up inside the armature tube. Available with snap switch, hermetically sealed snap switch, or mercury switch contacts in SPST, SPDT, DPDT, and DPST arrangements. The 213 and 214 variants offer flanged process connections for higher-integrity installations.
